For nearly 50 years Waverly Media and its subsidiaries have provided our municipal partners with win-win Public Private Partnerships.  Our streetscape amenities program allows municipalities to choose street amenities such as bus benches, bus shelters, bicycle racks, and trash receptacles at no cost.  Waverly Media will pay all costs associated with installation of site furnishings, insurance, and on-going maintenance.  In addition, Waverly Media will pay a percentage of all advertising gross revenues to the municipality.  A true win-win partnership with benefits for all:

1.  Municipal Partners.  Municipalities can choose site amenities that best fit their streetscape and constituent needs at no cost.  Additionally, Waverly Media insures and maintains the site furnishings at no cost to the municipality.  And finally, municipalities earn revenue from our Public Private Partnership through our revenue sharing agreement.

2.  Constituents/Transit users.  Waverly Media takes great pride in providing site furnishings to every single transit stop, not just revenue generating locations.  It has long been our company's philosophy to ensure that transit ridership has a clean and comfortable place to sit while waiting on public transportation.  It is common in the industry to provide amenities at only revenue generating transit stops, i.e, busy intersections and high traffic roadways.  However, these non-revenue generating locations are typically located in low traffic areas where they are needed the most.  Waverly Media provides these site furnishings to municipalities at no cost, whether they provide revenue or not, because the riders of public transportation need them.

3.  Local Businesses.  Waverly Media's Bus Bench/Outdoor Advertising Program provides local businesses with affordable advertising.  As a small, independent business ourselves, we take great pride in working with small local businesses to develop affordable and effective advertising options.  During the last year through the Covid pandemic, Waverly Media has worked individually with all of our small business clients that have been affected to insure that they are able to promote their businesses.

The advertising signs fit perfectly as the back rest. Each advertisement measures 72” X 24”. Benches are also angled toward the roadway slightly to ensure that they receive maximum visibility from passing cars, so drivers and passengers can easily view them as they pass by.
